The practice of yoga makes the body strong and flexible. It improves the functioning of the respiratory, circulatory, digestive and hormonal systems. Yoga brings about emotional stability and clarity of mind.

Yoga can be modified to suit ALL levels of fitness.

You are never too old. And you are never to sick or tired to start practicing yoga.

Just Try It – Invest In Yourself
Bikram Yoga

Bikram Yoga is referred to as “hot yoga” because the series of 26 yoga postures and 2 breathing exercises are done in a room heated to 105 degrees. The heat warms joints, muscles and ligaments to promote maximum flexibility while preventing injury. It also increases the heart rate and detoxifies the body

Bikram Yoga systematically moves fresh, oxygenated blood to your entire body, restoring all systems to healthy working order, just as nature intended. Proper weight, muscle tone, vibrant good health, and a sense of well-being will automatically follow.

Power Yoga

Power Yoga is practiced in a heated room. With rigorous, continuous flowing movements and postures, Power Yoga provides a challenging, athletic practice that builds strength, flexibility and endurance. Classes involve a systematized sequence of Vinyasa poses linked together by breath. This series differs from class to class and teacher to teacher, but is easily modified for any body type or level of ability.

Hot Pilates

Using Pilates principles, Inferno Hot Pilates is a challenging, full body, low impact, high intensity workout. It is performed on a yoga mat in a room heated to 95 degrees and 40% humidity. Hot Pilates strengthens muscles and burns fat – all without the pounding of a high impact workout. It is designed for all fitness levels.
