No matter if you are just getting started or you have been exercising for a while, I will help you improve your fitness level. I will work WITH YOU to design a customized workout program doing activities that you enjoy! We will set realistic goals. You will stay motivated. We will monitor progress and achieve results!

INTRODUCTORY SESSION

An introductory session includes exercise history and goals discussion and a Fitness Assessment.  From here we will create a custom training plan for one-on-one training sessions.

ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING

One-on-one training sessions will be personalized to your current capabilities and will advance as you progress. We will work together in your own home, at your building or office gym, or outdoors. Activities may include bodyweight exercises, strength training, core training, functional training, resistance training and conditioning. Depending on location, tools could include Kettlebells, TRX Suspension, Bosu Balls, Free Weights and Stability Balls and Weight Machines.

GROUP TRAINING

Want to work out with your spouse or friend? We offer group training sessions at a reduced cost per person. If you are interested in this option but don’t have a partner, we may be able to pair you up with an existing client.

TRAINING & NUTRITION PACKAGE

While exercise is an important component of living a healthy life – proper nutrition is vital. As a certified Precision Nutrition Coach, I can hep you get on track with a monthly program or a custom Fitness Nutrition package as part of your Personal Training Program.
